Molly Tarlov

Molly Tarlov, an American actor who has been appearing in Awkward since 2011, is best known as Sadie Saxton. Tarlov was born and brought up in Manhattan, New York, as the younger of two daughters. She started her career at the age of 10 as Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was a huge success with the seventh graders. Later on, as she grew older, she was a summer student at Interlochen Center for the Arts and also in Paris working with NYU's Tisch. Bennington College gave her training in a variety of styles. The Atlantic Theater Company is which she further studied. At the LAByrinth Theater Master Class, Molly could integrate writing into acting. Molly swapped her black winter coat for a pair of sunglasses in black and headed into Los Angeles. It wasn't long before she was offered a three-word character in iCarly that attracted the interest by her parents. Since then, she has had a number of TV appearances. In addition, she created the character of Caitlin on Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly likes to make up stories that she's a good basketballer although it's just not real. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
