Leighton Meester is an American model, actor, singer and songwriter. Leighton Meester is best known as Blair Waldorf in the TV drama series "Gossip Girl." She began her acting career in the midst of her childhood. Her first acting experience began in the early years of her childhood and was a part of local productions from "Wizard of Oz." Her interest in the business grew. It was then that she started modelling and appearing in commercials. As well as her work as a model in fashion, she was also associated with the brands of 'Herbal Essences and 'Vera Wang', 'Jimmy Choo as well as 'Ralph Lauren'. Her acting debut came with an appearance on the show on television 'Law and Order'. She has since appeared in several movies and television series such as 'Country Strong and 'Monte Carlo', and Killer Movie. In addition to her acting work, Meester has also was a part of notable music artists such as 'Cobra Starship,' singer Robin Thicke, and recorded songs. Her songs have been featured on the Billboard Top Hits. She has also appeared in a Broadway production called "Of Mice and Men."
